By accessing or using Future Job Copilot ("the Service"), operated by Dr Aha Data and AI Technology Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Future Job Copilot is an AI-powered career support platform that provides CV tailoring, cover letter generation, job analysis, interview preparation, salary coaching, and upskilling recommendations. The Service is a guidance tool and does not constitute professional career counselling, legal advice, or employment services.
You may register using email/password or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content generated by the Service — including CVs, cover letters, interview questions, salary insights, and chat responses — is produced by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before using it. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content without proper review.

The Service offers a free tier with usage limits and a paid Pro subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Pro subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (CVs, job descriptions, personal information). AI-generated content produced by the Service for you is yours to use freely. The Service itself, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, remains our intellectual property.
Future Job Copilot is not an employment agency or recruiter. We do not guarantee job placements, interview invitations, or any specific career outcomes. All suggestions — including salary benchmarks, interview strategies, and application advice — are for informational purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, inaccurate AI-generated content, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
